As of September 1, 2025, we are no longer filing insurance claims on behalf of patients. Instead, we now providesuperbills—detailed receipts you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.
This change allows us to focus more on personalized care, reduce administrative overhead, and maintain greater flexibility in how we serve you. Many of our clients find that submitting a superbill is a simple process, and we’re happy to walk you through how it works.
What You Need to Know:
You’ll pay us directly at the time of service.
We’ll give you a superbill with all the necessary information.
You can submit the superbill to your insurance company for reimbursement (depending on your out-of-network benefits).
